Somatic Breathwork

A monthly embodied practice to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and navigate life's many thresholds with greater presence. Life moves quickly. These monthly circles offer a chance to pause, breathe and come home to yourself. Whether you're moving through change, feeling overwhelmed, seeking clarity or simply longing for a deeper connection with yourself, this is a space to step out of doing and into being. More than a breathwork session, each journey weaves together conscious breathing techniques, somatic practices, meditation, music, intuitive bodywork and gentle energy work to support nervous system regulation, self-awareness and meaningful integration. No two sessions are ever the same because no two people, or seasons of life, are the same. Why return each month? Transformation rarely happens through a single breakthrough. It unfolds through practice. Returning each month creates space to pause, listen and integrate what life is asking of you. Over time, these circles become more than an event...they become a rhythm, a practice and a community. There is something deeply healing about being witnessed by familiar faces and remembering that you don't have to navigate life's transitions alone. What you may experience Participants often leave feeling: • More grounded and emotionally regulated • Clearer and more connected to themselves • Better able to navigate change with greater ease • Lighter, calmer and more present • Supported by a warm and welcoming community Is it for me? This practice is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners. No previous experience is needed; only a willingness to arrive with curiosity and an open mind. Please note: This practice is not suitable during early pregnancy (under 12 weeks) and is not recommended for those with a history of aneurysms, significant cardiovascular conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, osteoporosis, serious mental health concerns or recent major surgery.
