The Victory Lab's Kids & Teens MTB Skills Clinic

This clinic is for kids aged 8-17 who are beginner, intermediate to advanced riders. Groups are kept small for more one-one-one tuition and tailored training and split into smaller groups according to level and age. The session will involve: • bike set up • body positioning • line selection • cornering • riding technical uphill • braking • riding strategically • gear selection • riding etiquette • bike safety • Intro to jumping (for those who wish to give it a go) Location is Cringila Hills MTB Park in Wollongong. Cringila is the perfect venue to learn new skills, improve existing skills, and really practice what you've learned. Everything is close which maximises your practice, instead of wasting time pushing up long tracks. Cringila has a pump track which is perfect for working on body position, balance, pedalling, and looking where you want to go. 2km single track loop with tight switchbacks - perfect for cornering, gear selection, braking, etc. It's also loads of fun and an opportunity to meet others!
