Energy in Motion Experience - Antwerp 2811

A flow through music, movement, breathing and dance therapeutic exercises where you will free yourself in movement. The Moving Self is not a dance class, but an experience. No choreography, no perfect execution, no embellishment. It's about you in motion - pure and unfiltered. You move to beats that make your heart beat faster and follow a flow that takes you out of your head, so you finally feel what you normally overlook. It is an invitation to land in your body, to feel instead of (over)thinking. Humor is te oxygen here, movement is the playing field, music as an invite. Justien guides you through with vibin' energy; you will experience a session that feels both deep and light. You will discover new sides of yourself, laugh, play, and let go. You will go home with a body full of release, a head full of oxygen, and perhaps even a few surprising insights about yourself. What happens when your body shows you the real story? While energy is moving through your body. Because how you move is how you live.
