What you can do afterwards: – Design any workshop: You build a session from the question to the commitment with one structure that works for strategy, team and innovation topics. – Engage everyone: You use activities that bring quiet people in and keep dominant voices in balance. – Lead to decisions: You guide groups from opening options to selecting them and secure the results in writing. – Handle hard moments: You recognise five types of challenging participants and have a response for each. Agenda day 1 (09:30 to 17:00 each day): – The universal structure – Six phases for every workshop: before, creating options, selecting options, sharpening, commitment and next actions, after. – Role and mindset – What a facilitator does, and what the group does better. – Core activities – Collecting, clustering, dot voting, decision matrix, commitment round: each one run by you once. – Flip chart and slides – Visualising without art: principles for flip charts and workshop slides. Agenda day 2: – Ready-to-use concepts – Step-by-step flows for discovery, ideation, alignment, prioritisation and strategy workshops. – Challenging participants – Five types, five responses, rehearsed in short scenes. – Your workshop – You design a workshop that is coming up, run a 20-minute section with the group and get feedback. – Transfer – Your facilitation plan for the next three months.
