Facilitation Training Inclusion Fresco

• Develop a deeper understanding of diversity, equity and inclusion issues, and how biases can influence our perceptions, decisions and behaviours, often without us realising it. • Explore the challenges faced by underrepresented groups, including women, ethnic and cultural minorities, people with disabilities, LGBTQIA+ individuals, different generations and other communities that may experience exclusion or discrimination. • Identify the mechanisms behind prejudice, stereotypes, racism, sexism, ageism and other forms of discrimination, as well as their impacts on individuals, organisations and society. • Discover practical tools and concrete actions to foster a more inclusive environment where everyone feels respected, valued and able to contribute fully. Designed to encourage reflection, open dialogue and collective action, the Inclusion Fresco is aimed at organisations wishing to strengthen inclusion, belonging and equal opportunities within their teams. Upon completion of the training, participants will be equipped to facilitate discussions around inclusion and raise awareness among colleagues, clients and stakeholders about unconscious biases, systemic barriers and inclusive practices that drive meaningful change.
