FirstMovers | Startup Studios: How to build winners on repeat

Most founders spend years searching for one idea that works. Startup studios claim they can do it again, and again, and again. Same playbook, new company, repeat. So is it a real system, or just a great story told by people who got lucky early? For the next public event of FirstMovers, we go inside the startup studio model: how ideas get picked, how founders get matched, how capital and shared resources are structured, and what transfers from one company to the next. We will be joined by people who build studios, back them, and come out of that world as founders: Séverine Nolf, Co-founder & CEO @ pleasefix.ai | former McKinsey, Entrepreneurs First, now building the AI workforce for finance between Brussels and San Francisco Maarten Mortier, Venture Studio & Early-Stage VC @ Entourage | former Head of AI & Innovation @ Henchman, tech lead @ Showpad and In The Pocket Amaury Sepulchre, Senior Partner & Co-founder @ Hexa (formerly eFounders) | 40+ companies launched since 2011, including Front, Aircall and Spendesk. He has met around 2.000 people who wanted to start a company Co-hosted by Nightborn, THE agency for App & SaaS success for start- and scale-ups. Hosted at WAT, the Brussels tech hub founded by Thibaud Elzière, gathering startups, operators and investors around European innovation. 📅 Program 6:30 PM: Welcome drinks 7:00 PM: Panel talk + Q&A 8:00 PM: Networking drinks & pizza
