HIT & RELEASE

Unleash your inner genius through boxing. HIT & RELEASE is a Sunday afternoon boxing experience designed to get you out of your head and into your body. Together with Rising Flow, we’ll explore the fundamentals of boxing — stance, movement, technique, punches and combinations — while discovering what happens when focus meets movement and you give yourself permission to simply let go. Because your inner genius isn’t only found through running. Sometimes, you have to box to find it. Expect technique, sweat, focus, energy, and release. No boxing experience needed. Just bring yourself, your energy and a willingness to try something different. What's included? A 1.5 hour boxing session + all necessary equipment!
