Le Village by CA Brussels - Say it out loud: Tech for the topics nobody talks about at work

Say It Out Loud: Tech for the topics nobody talks about at work is an interactive event organised as part of The Future of Tech is Female 2026 by Le Village by CA Brussels, exploring how technology and workplace innovation can help address challenges that often remain invisible in professional environments. From fertility treatments, menopause and chronic health conditions to burnout, caregiving responsibilities, mental health and job insecurity, many experiences that significantly affect employees are still difficult to discuss openly at work. Bringing together founders, healthcare professionals, HR leaders and innovators, this event aims to break the silence around these topics and explore practical ways to create healthier, more supportive and inclusive working environments. Unlike a traditional panel discussion, Say It Out Loud combines authentic founder stories, startup showcases and active audience participation. Through interactive conversations and collaborative discussions, participants will discover emerging technologies, innovative solutions and workplace practices that can make a meaningful difference. The objective is to move beyond awareness and encourage concrete action, helping organisations better support their employees while building stronger and more inclusive workplace cultures.
