International Choral Concert at St Bavo's Cathedral

Monday 12th October, St Bavo's Cathedral will host a one-off choral concert, given by the 120 singers of the Salt Lake Singers The programme includes a mix of ancient and modern choral classics, both a cappella and accompanied Programme:Alleluia (Hagenberg) Ave verum corpus (Stopford) Cantate Domino (Miskinis) Ceciliada (Wawruk) Eternal gates (Helvey) Exsultate jubilate (Pederson) If Ye Love Me (Stopford) No Time (Brumfield) Nothin' Gonna Stumble My Feet (Gilpin) Of The Father's Love Begotten (Clements) Pilgrim Song (Murphy) Stayed on Jesus (Youngblood) Amazing Grace (Fjeldsted) Abide with Me (Ripplinger) Salt Lake Singers was founded in September 2015. Salt Lake Singers’ first tour was in 2019,singing in Slovenia and Italy. Since then, the choir has toured Ireland and Great Britain (2022), and Germany, Czech Republic, and Austria (2024). These tours have been successful both musically, and in representing Salt Lake City, and the great people and culture in Utah. There are now more than 100 singers who enjoy making music and friendships through their common efforts and interest.
