Golden Hour: Yoga & Mocktails

Through a mindful flow combining movement, stretching and breathwork, you’ll release tension, improve flexibility and mobility, strengthen your body, and create space to relax both physically and mentally. As the sun begins to set and the light turns golden, we’ll gradually move towards deeper stretches and a moment of stillness — giving you the perfect opportunity to pause, breathe and reset. An evening session blending dynamic vinyasa yoga with mat Pilates to welcome the weekend, paired with an Ayurvedic seasonal mocktail featuring seasonally aligned flavors like plum, rosemary, and mint, and relaxing music to unwind body and mind. Whether you’re an experienced yogi or completely new to yoga, this session is open to all levels.
