Mindful Horse Walk – Nervous System Regulation & Connection

During a guided forest walk, you’ll explore simple breathing, grounding and body-awareness exercises while discovering how horses respond to subtle changes in your body language, movement, attention and presence. You’ll learn how to approach, connect with and gently lead the horse through non-verbal communication, experiencing how greater calm and awareness in your own body can influence the interaction. No previous horse experience is needed and there is no riding involved. Simply come as you are and experience a different way of slowing down, reconnecting with your body, and creating a genuine connection with a horse in nature.
