Blockchain Week Bulgaria 2026 - Closing Party

We are at Culture Beat, behind the National Palace of Culture in the center of Sofia. There is an indoor room and an outdoor terrace, and the terrace is the point: a balcony looking out over Bulgaria Boulevard, the Lovers' Bridge and the city moving underneath. It is a good place to stand and talk to someone for an hour. Speakers from both ETHSofia and F3 are staying on for it, so this is the one moment in the week where you can talk to them without a queue, an agenda, or a five-minute limit.
