PHITBiz Presents: The Wellness & Leadership Experience brings together interactive wellness activities, mindful leadership, gentle movement, reflection, and authentic connection in an intimate setting. This is not a traditional conference or seminar. It is a curated, experiential evening designed to give you space to pause, reconnect with yourself and others, and leave feeling renewed and inspired. During the experience, guests can look forward to: • Opening Reset — Transition from the demands of the day and become fully present. • Move & Recharge — Gentle, accessible movement designed to restore energy and help you feel your best. Admission includes: The complete Wellness & Leadership Experience, a complimentary copy of Bahamian Stillness, food, and selected beverages. A cash bar will also be available for guests wishing to purchase additional beverages. Special Opening Feature | 5:30–6:00 PM Join us for a Young Authors Book Signing featuring Zuri's Brave Heart: A Story of Courage, Hope and Love and STEAM Ocean Explorers Caribbean. Meet the young authors while enjoying arrival refreshments and connecting with fellow guests before the main wellness and leadership program begins at 6:00 PM. Wellness & Leadership Experience | 6:00–8:00 PM Engage in intentional wellness activities, mindful leadership, gentle movement, reflection, and meaningful connection.
