Grounding Grief with Horses

An evening of guided connection with self, others and horses, creating a safe space for grief to be felt and witnessed. Grief is a universal human experience of both loss and the absence. Whether your grief has been experienced through death a of loved one, disconnection in relationships or unrealized dreams, these losses are recorded in your body and heart. Your experience of grief does not mean you are broken- it means you are human. Grief calls to be witnessed, not fixed. Join Nicole, Alana Joy and the Herd to be compassionately guided into your grief. You will be invited to witness and feel your grief through a relective journaling and weaving practice, supported by the grounding wisdom of the herd. By witnessing your grief, you increase your capacity to witness others' grief. Grief is a bridge of reconnection with our shared humanity.
