Guided by our staff, guests will: • Taste a selection (4) of cider-based cocktails • Learn flavour-pairing principles using herbs, botanicals, and spice • Explore techniques for balancing acidity, salt, bitterness, and aromatics • Gain inspiration and recipes to recreate these cocktails at home This workshop is perfect for curious cocktail lovers, industry folks, and anyone looking to expand their palate beyond the expected. Relaxed, interactive, and flavour-forward — come sip, learn, and rethink what cider can do. Doors will open at 5pm for guests who’d like to arrive ahead of time to order and enjoy food before the workshop begins. A small savoury snack will also be served midway through the workshop.
