Stars Without Number Ongoing Campaign

An ongoing game of space roleplaying, using the Stars Without Number rpg system. First session is Sunday, October 18th at 630pm We are proud to present our next ongoing roleplaying game campaign, using the Stars Without Number game system, and run by our popular Game Master Jayden! Stars Without Number is an old-school-inspired game of sci-fi adventure, one built from the ground up to encourage sandbox play and simplify a GM's job in providing it. From Jayden, your Game Master: 500 years ago, the Terran Mandate ruled the stars, then a mysterious psychic event cut off FTL travel, the Key Gates, in a single moment. Entire planets that relied on trade were plunged into ruin for centuries. This campaign takes place in the Hyrolan Sector of space far from Terra. New FTL technologies have been discovered and though they are far slower than Key Gates, they have allowed interstellar civilisations to thrive and meet eachother once again. Among the ruins of the Terran Mandate in this sector are Prototech relics, technology that was considered advanced even during the time of the Mandate, and now appear as miraculous boons, or godlike weapons. This campaign will have a strong focus on organization building and starship combat Cost for the game is $15 per session. The first session, often referred to as Session Zero, will be paid for here on Eventbrite, to help avoid any no-shows which woudl then ruin the fun of everyone else. Future sessions will be $15, paid for at the conclusion of each session. A schedule of weekly or bi-weekly games will be discussed at Session Zero, where you will also meet your fellow players & Game Master, make characters, and learn more about what your campaign wil entail.
