Join Terra Pellatt of Terra Vista Hypnotherapy & Life Coaching and Lori Graham of Moon Healing Center for a nourishing evening of movement, sound, and guided subconscious work designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect with yourself as we transition into fall. 🍂✨ As the season begins to shift, we’ll create space to reflect on where you are, gently release what no longer serves you, and let go of old patterns, tension, and mental clutter. This unique experience blends: 🧘‍♀️ Gentle all-levels yoga 🔔 Immersive sound bath 🌀 Guided hypnotherapy You’ll be guided through a calming yoga practice, followed by sound healing and hypnotherapy to help you soften tension, quiet mental noise, and journey deeply inward. Together, these practices support relaxation, nervous system regulation, inner balance, and a deeper connection with your body and subconscious mind. Held at the beautiful Ripples Winery, this experience will take place in the enchanting Secret Garden space—offering a peaceful setting to pause, breathe, reflect, and restore. 🍁✨ 🍷 The winery closes at 6:00 PM, so come a little early to enjoy a glass of wine and some delicious food before we begin!
