The 4th Annual National DIVERT Meeting - Inclusive Child & Youth Mental Health Training Symposium for the Digital Age Une version française suivra 4th Annual National DIVERT Meeting - Inclusive Child & Youth Mental Health Training Symposium for the Digital Age * Enrolment is open now until November 24, 2026 for in-person participants, and until November 26, 2026 for virtual participants, to everyone and anyone interested in more inclusive ways to approach mental health and how technology can enable greater reach (including those in academia, industry & NGOs). DIVERT Mental Health (a CIHR Health Research Training Platform) is excited to host a one-day event that brings mental health trainees, faculty, clinicians, industry, and NGO staff to learn together. The event is dedicated to innovative learning activities taught by a multisectoral group of experts ranging from patient-partners to policy makers and clinicians to researchers to innovators. Our day focuses on the intersection of inclusivity (diverse ways of understanding mental health) and accessibility through technology (innovative technologies that increase reach of mental health interventions). Participants from diverse disciplines are invited, particularly psychology, medicine, nursing, social work, rehabilitation sciences, computer sciences. Expect to leave with new knowledges and skills to support your work in mental health! • In-person check-in opens at 7:30 AM. The program begins at 9:00 AM • Lunch and coffee breaks will be provided to all in-person participants. Important points to note - HOW TO COMPLETE REGISTRATION: STEP 1 If you are not already an Associate Fellow or Fellow member of DIVERT, please register as an Associate Fellow (Anyone and everyone is eligible to be an Associate Fellow and it only takes a few minutes to register!) STEP 2 Pay your Eventbrite fee (Click "Get Tickets" button to your right): In-person - $25 per ticket + taxes; Virtual - $15 per ticket + taxes. Available on a first come first serve basis. STEP 3 Register in PheedLoop - Mandatory for both in-person and online participants. DIVERT will be using PheedLoop Event Management software to allow for a more fun and interactive experience for all participants. Following Eventbrite registration, both in-person and online participants will be invited to join our PheedLoop event platform (3 weeks before the event). Through Pheedloop, registrants will receive up to the minute information on our sessions and speakers, and will be able to connect with each other through the platform’s Networking tool. The Gamification tool on the platform will be a fun way for participants to gain points as individuals or in groups towards prizes. DIVERT Santé Mentale (une plateforme de formation en recherche en santé des IRSC) est heureux d’organiser un événement d’une journée réunissant stagiaires en santé mentale, professeurs, cliniciens, représentants de l’industrie et membres d’ONG pour apprendre ensemble. L’événement mettra en valeur des activités pédagogiques innovantes, animées par un groupe d’expert·e·s multisectoriel·le·s, comprenant des partenaires patients, des décideur·euse·s politiques, des clinicien·ne·s, des chercheur·euse·s et des innovateur·trice·s. Notre journée portera sur l’intersection entre : • l’inclusivité (diverses manières de comprendre la santé mentale; diversité des populations) • et l’accessibilité (technologies innovantes permettant d’élargir la portée des interventions en santé mentale). Des participant·e·s issu·e·s de diverses disciplines sont invité·e·s, notamment en psychologie, médecine, soins infirmiers, travail social, sciences de la réadaptation, et sciences informatiques. Vous repartirez avec de nouvelles connaissances et compétences pour soutenir votre travail en santé mentale! • L’accueil des personnes participant en présentiel commence à 7 h 30. Le programme débute à 9 h. • Le dîner et les pauses-café seront offerts à toutes les personnes présentes en personne. Informations importantes – COMMENT S’INSCRIRE : ÉTAPE 1 Si vous n’êtes pas encore membre Fellow ou Associate Fellow de DIVERT, veuillez vous inscrire en tant qu’Associate Fellow. (Toute personne est admissible et l’inscription ne prend que quelques minutes !) ÉTAPE 2 Payez les frais d’inscription via Eventbrite : • Présentiel : 25 $ par billet + taxes • Virtuel : 15 $ par billet + taxes (Les billets sont disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé, premier servi.) ÉTAPE 3 Inscrivez-vous sur PheedLoop – Obligatoire pour les participant·e·s en personne et en ligne. DIVERT utilisera le logiciel de gestion d’événements PheedLoop afin d’offrir une expérience interactive et enrichissante à tou·te·s les participant·e·s. Une fois inscrit·e via Eventbrite, vous recevrez (3 semaines avant l’événement) une invitation à rejoindre la plateforme PheedLoop. Grâce à PheedLoop, vous pourrez recevoir des informations à jour sur les séances et les conférencier·ère·s ; échanger avec les autres participant·e·s via l’outil de réseautage ; et participer au jeu de gamification, une activité amusante permettant d’accumuler des points seul·e ou en groupe pour tenter de remporter des prix!
