You'll explore key areas of the facility, learn how robotics and automation support order fulfillment, and gain insights into Amazon's approach to workplace safety and operational excellence. The tour concludes with an opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussion with the tour team. Space is limited to 25 participants and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Late arrivals cannot join once the tour has started. • The tour includes approximately 1 mile (1.6 km) of walking and climbing at least three flights of stairs. • Flat, closed-toe, closed-heel shoes are required. Sandals, Crocs, clogs, and high heels are not permitted. • Guests must present a government-issued photo ID that matches their registration information at check-in. • Photography and video recording are not permitted during the tour. Visitor identification badges will be provided and must be worn throughout the tour.
