Through the soothing sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound instruments, you'll be invited into a restorative experience designed to create space for stillness, quiet, and a moment away from the demands of everyday life. There's nothing to figure out, nothing to achieve, and no particular way you need to feel when you arrive. You don't need experience with sound journeys or meditation. Simply come as you are. Your time to land • Settle into a welcoming space and get comfortable. • Allow yourself to rest as you're immersed in the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. • Enjoy a little time away from the usual noise and activity of daily life. • Leave with whatever the experience offers you, in your own way. You can simply lie back, listen, and rest. There's no pressure to share, participate in a particular way, or make the experience mean anything beyond what feels right for you.
