Full description from organizer

AI for Early-Stage B2C Startups: From Hype to Practical Value Session Overview This will be a practical, hands-on session designed specifically for early-stage B2C founders who are trying to understand where AI fits within their business. Rather than focusing heavily on individual AI tools, we want to help participants understand how to identify the right business problems first, evaluate where AI can realistically help, and then build practical workflows around those opportunities. We will explore areas such as customer acquisition, lead generation, sales and marketing, customer engagement, internal operations, workflow automation, data readiness, and responsible AI adoption. A major theme will be helping founders move from AI experimentation to AI implementation while avoiding unnecessary complexity, technology for technology’s sake, or adopting AI without a clear business outcome. We also want founders to understand that successful AI adoption begins with strong processes, clear business objectives, and good data. Our philosophy at OnStack is very much systems before AI. Proposed Key Takeaways By the end of the session, participants should be able to: Identify high-value AI opportunities within their business Understand where AI can meaningfully improve customer experience, marketing, sales, operations, productivity, or decision-making. Move from AI hype to practical business use cases Learn how to evaluate whether an AI opportunity is actually worth pursuing based on business impact, feasibility, available data, and expected return. Improve existing workflows before introducing AI Understand the importance of mapping current processes and identifying bottlenecks before automating or introducing AI. Apply AI responsibly within a growing business Develop awareness around privacy, data security, human oversight, governance, and responsible use of AI when interacting with customers or business information. Develop an actionable starting point for AI adoption Participants should leave with at least one clearly defined AI opportunity or workflow they can begin testing within their business. The 3-hour format will be highly interactive, with a combination of discussion, practical examples, exercises, and founder-specific scenarios rather than a traditional lecture-style presentation Who Will You Hear From?
