Community gathering for Highly Sensitive people and Empaths

A two hour gathering for those that feel deeply. Psycho-educational, conversation and connection. For many of us that are highly sensitive and Empaths, we have the very familiar expereince of feeling out of place in many gatherings. we often are the listeners, the observers, the one who wondering when is it social acceptable to leave and head home. It often leaves us feeling isolated, lonely, and feeling bad about who we are. Part of the reason this happens is that our quietness, the way we are impacted by others is misunderstood. Come join a group of others that are like you. The event will start out with a topic and then questions to journal about and share if you feel pulled to do so.
