Energy Circle: The Rise

The Rise: A soulful gathering to pause and rise into what's next through reflection, healing, shared experiences & meaningful connection. Energy Circle: The Rise This month at The Rise, our theme is Making Space for Yourself As the holiday season approaches, it's easy to get caught up in the expectations, responsibilities, and pressure to make everything special for everyone else. But somewhere along the way, we often forget about ourselves. Join us for The Rise: Making Space for Yourself, an evening of reflection, mindfulness, and meaningful connection as we explore the invisible weight we carry, learn to honour our own needs, and create room for what truly matters. Because caring for others shouldn't mean losing ourselves in the process. Come as you are. Leave feeling a little more grounded, present and connected. This is an inclusive Forum, EVERYONE IS WELCOME Please bring your journal and pen and a yoga mat or cushion to get comfy! Coty Walker - Health & Life Coach and Corporate Trainer.
