Failure & Incident Investigation Essentials Seminar

The objective of this seminar is to provide an increased awareness of essential failure & incident investigation skills and tools. OBJECTIVE OF THIS SEMINAR The probability is high that individuals working in roles relating to integrity, maintenance, or operations will be involved in several failure or incident investigations during their careers.
