Fire Table kicks off with an unforgettable night of cooking over flame, bringing together Calgary’s own Connie DeSousa & John Jackson with acclaimed London chef and live-fire specialist Andrew Clarke. Known for his bold approach to cooking over fire, Andrew is the chef and co-founder of Acme Fire Cult, London’s celebrated live-fire restaurant where the entire menu is cooked over coals. With more than 25 years in hospitality, Andrew is an award-winning chef whose accolades include the Maverick of the Year (London Restaurant Festival, 2017), the Innovation Award (Craft Guild of Chefs, 2019), and a place on the Evening Standard’s Progress 1000 list as one of London’s most influential people For one night only, watch these chefs take over the fire with a series of live-fire action stations, cooking up dishes for guests throughout the evening.
