As the host of Man Fire Food and Everyday Exotic, Roger has spent years exploring the stories, techniques and traditions behind food cooked over flame. His culinary career has taken him around the world, bringing together his Chinese and Trinidadian heritage with a deep appreciation for live-fire cooking.
