Good Karma Community Sound Bath

Join Somae Sound for Good Karma, a pay-what-you-can community sound bath designed to make rest and restoration accessible to everyone. Good Karma Sound Bath | A Pay-What-You-Can Community ExperienceGood sound. Good energy. Good for everyone. Give what you can. Receive what you need. At Somae Sound, we believe that rest, connection, and restoration should be accessible to everyone. In collaboration with the Killarney-Glengarry Community Association, we're bringing Good Karma to the community — a pay-what-you-can sound bath experience rooted in generosity, connection, and intentional rest. Life can be busy, overwhelming, and full of demands. Good Karma is an invitation to step away from the noise, slow down, and make space for yourself. Led by trained music therapists, this immersive sound bath uses the gentle vibrations and resonant tones of therapeutic instruments to encourage relaxation, mindful awareness, and a deeper connection with your body. Whether you're new to sound baths or have experienced them before, you're welcome exactly as you are. The Good Karma Philosophy Good sound. Good energy. Good for everyone. Good Karma is built on a simple belief: everyone deserves access to moments of rest and restoration, regardless of their financial circumstances. Our suggested contribution is $25, but we invite you to give what feels accessible to you. If you're able to contribute more, your generosity helps make these experiences available to others. If you're only able to give a little, that's equally welcome. No pressure. No expectations. Just a community coming together to rest, reconnect, and share something meaningful. What to Expect During this 60-minute experience, you'll be invited to settle into a comfortable resting position as you're guided through a restorative sound journey. Through the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls and other resonant instruments, we'll create space for: • Deep relaxation and nervous system regulation • Mindful awareness and connection to the present moment • Releasing the weight of everyday stress • Rest, reflection, and reconnection with yourself No previous experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
