Your Biological Advantage: The Founder's Edge Nobody Taught You (Part 1) ​Session Overview Your business cannot outperform your biology. The focus, drive, follow-through and vision-holding that is required, during launching-solidifying-scaling stages, are not character traits. They are biological outputs. And they are being systematically undermined by the way most founders are operating: depleted energy, screen-saturated, circadian-disrupted, and running on stimulants & stress chemicals instead of genuine cellular energy. In this session, we name the blind spots. Participants will learn what an optimized brain actually does differently, what circadian disruption costs in decision quality and cognitive output, and why pushing through without breaks is a net negative on performance; not a productivity strategy. Participants leave understanding why their biology is either their greatest competitive asset or their most expensive blind spot. And they get to choose to have a performance advantage over their regular method of operation.
