Your Biological Advantage: The Founder's Edge Nobody Taught You (Part 2) ​Session Overview Knowing what is undermining your biology is the first step. Building your customized practice, that changes it, is the work. In this hands-on session, participants apply what they observed between sessions to build a physical practice that is immediately executable. Customized mental & physical protocols, intentional movement to unlock specific brain functions & hormone regulation, deliberate screen use architecture, and circadian alignment strategies that restore the cognitive and physical output that their next growth phase requires. We apply the BE-DO-HAVE framework to the biological vessel: you cannot DO the execution or HAVE the results until you are BEing the founder who operates from a clean, functional system. Belief are shifted through embodied repetition, not intellectual agreement. Participants leave not with more information but with an individualized practice that we begin today, already underway and the biological understanding of why it works, so we can create consistency. ​​Who Will You Hear From?
