Lina's DOP Neapolitan Workshop

Guests will learn about the importance of authentic ingredients and the defining characteristics of this iconic dish. The hands-on session includes crafting a traditional pizza sauce from San Marzano tomatoes and mastering the art of stretching and topping pizza dough. With a focus on elevated, traditional toppings such as prosciutto, burrata and artichokes, this class offers an authentic culinary experience. A recipe card with dough and sauce recipes and topping inspirations is provided. Important Information for All Guests ● Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all guests.
