In this hands-on experience, you'll: ● Master the secrets of pasta dough; ● Learn how to shape ravioli with precision and care; ● Create a simple, flavorful sauce to complement your handmade pasta; ● Discover authentic techniques passed down through generations. This class is a celebration of tradition, taste, and the joy of making something truly special with your own hands.
