Topics will be tailored to the needs and experience of attendees, with possible discussions around diapering, bathing, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, newborn sleep and schedules, and maternal recovery, nutrition, exercise, and mental health. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival or already navigating life as a new parent, come ready to ask questions and build confidence in caring for your baby. Bio: Jennifer is a registered nurse with 18 years of experience in the NICU and the owner of The Mama Coach - Jennifer Bonilla in Calgary. Combining her clinical experience with evidence based knowledge, she works with families from a practical, family centered approach to help parents through feeding, sleeping and potty training challenges.
