A Sound Journey for Reflection, Memory & Return Remembering As the year begins to turn toward its close, we naturally find ourselves looking back. Not everything we remember is a big moment. Sometimes it’s a person. A place. A version of ourselves. Something we once knew. A feeling we haven’t made much room for lately. What happens when we give ourselves enough quiet to hear it again? Remembering is an invitation to slow down, listen, and make space for whatever comes to mind. Through sound, stillness, gentle reflection and a few moments of ritual, we’ll create space to notice what the year has carried - and what may still be asking for our attention. You don’t need to arrive with anything figured out. There’s no right thing to remember, and no particular experience you’re meant to have. Just come as you are. What to Expect We’ll begin by settling into the space and getting oriented to the experience. From there, you’ll be guided through a sound journey with moments of stillness, reflection and quiet. There may also be simple ritual, meditation, story or other elements woven into the experience. This is not about trying to remember something specific or searching for a particular outcome. You’re simply invited to notice what comes up when you give yourself enough room to listen. Participation is always an invitation, never an obligation. You are welcome to experience the session in whatever way feels right for you. The experience will close gently, giving you space to return before heading back into the rest of your day. What to Bring • Yoga mat, Blanket, Pillow • Eye mask • Water • Journal, if you like to write • Comfortable clothing, dress in layers so you can adjust your comfort throughout the experience • Anything else that helps you feel comfortable settling into stillness • An open mind - curiosity is plenty. About Crystal Crystal is the person behind Crystal Dawn Mystic - a practice centered on creating meaningful experiences for seasons, transitions, and the in-between places of life. She brings together sound, Tarot, ritual, reflection, story, and curiosity to create space to pause, listen, and notice what might be shifting. Her approach is grounded, mystical, and human - no particular belief system or spiritual experience required. Before You Arrive If you haven’t been to the location before, please arrive approximately 10–15 minutes before the start time so you have enough time to find the space, get settled, and make yourself comfortable. Tarot helps you listen inward. Sound gives you space to listen.
