Nonprofit leaders and their teams carry immense responsibility. Whether leading organizations, managing teams, overseeing programs, stewarding donor relationships, engaging communities, or navigating complex stakeholder dynamics, everyone in the social impact sector is constantly balancing competing priorities and difficult decisions. They are expected to care deeply about people while delivering results. To navigate scarce resources while meeting growing needs. To support staff through burnout, uncertainty, and change while remaining accountable to boards, funders, and the communities and clients they serve. In these environments, the use of power matters deeply. Every decision, conversation, policy, and leadership action has the potential to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create positive impact - or unintentionally cause harm. The Right Use of Power™ is a dynamic, inspiring, and relational approach to the ethical use of power to promote well-being, the common good, and right relationship. It offers a practical language and framework for understanding and navigating power with strength AND heart. Right Use of Power™ programs focus on increasing awareness, skillfulness, and engagement in the use of power. Leaders learn to recognize the influence they hold, understand the impacts of their decisions and actions, and develop practices that foster accountability, trust, and empowerment. It is ethics from the inside out. Join us for a full-day, engaging, and hands-on learning experience to deepen your understanding of power and strengthen your capacity to lead with integrity, courage, and compassion. Empowering, relevant, and dynamic, this program is presented through engaging presentations, facilitated discussions, experiential practices, and opportunities to connect with fellow nonprofit leaders facing similar challenges. Early Bird tickets available before September 30th. Bringing your team? Group registrations are available (select the table of eight option, or reach out to discuss bulk ticket options).
