Whether you’ve never danced before or already love Latin music, the night is designed to feel welcoming from the moment you walk in. • Bachata is one of the easiest and most addictive partner dances to learn — a social dance from the Dominican Republic that’s now danced all over the world. No partner or experience is needed, and our beginner-friendly lessons are specifically designed for first-timers. • Hosted by YEG Dancer, the focus is on quality classes, a strong community atmosphere, and creating an experience people actually look forward to during the week — not just another bar night or drop-in class. Come for the lesson, stay for the social, and see why so many people end up coming back every Tuesday. 💫 As with all of our events: • Bachata Tuesdays are community-run, so if you'd like to join our team or offer a hand, reach out to us on our website for more details. • Additionally, this weekly dance night follows our longstanding safety policy, which all participants must adhere to. And remember, we're building a friendly and inclusive community so be sure to do your part! 🛁 Smell nice 🩰 Embrace diversity ❤️ Dance with new people 🤐 Avoid giving unsolicited advice 🙅‍♂️ Respect everyone's boundaries 🧑‍🦽 Prioritize your dance partner's well-being See you on the dance floor! 💫 Our Pages and Groups: • For information on other Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba, and/or Brazilian Zouk events in Edmonton, see the YEG Dancer Facebook Page, Instagram Page, Facebook Group, or Meetup Group. • And don’t forget to check out our brand-new website!
