Ceviche Dinner Night #3 / Peruvian Supper Club

What to expect: Your ticket includes your chosen seating in the Boiler Room for the evening, along with our four-course menu, designed to give you the finest Peruvian dining experience. Your dinner will be served one course at a time and drinks will be available for purchase. Please arrive early, the dinner begins at 6:00pm. The four-course menu: Course 1: Chicharrón de Pollo • Crispy deep fried chicken bites, dressed in bright criolla salsa, finished with a house-made black mint and cilantro aioli. Course 2: Papas a la Huancaína • A Peruvian classic — boiled yellow potatoes bathed in a golden huancaína cheese sauce, layered with boiled egg, purple olives, cilantro, sweet Peruvian corn, and feta. Course 3: Ceviche Mixto • The heart of the night. Cured white fish and prawn, chopped and dressed in traditional ají amarillo leche de tigre, served alongside crispy cancha corn, Peruvian white corn, and sweet potato. Course 4: Arroz con Leche y Mazamorra • A not-too-sweet creamy rice pudding layered with deep purple corn mazamorra glaze. Take-out containers are available if you don't finish a plate. Add-ons: Full Wine Pairing: $50 per person. A curated wine pairing for each course. Available to add-on at the start of dinner. Bottle selection: $15 glass / $40 per bottle of a curated wine selection courtesy of Highlands Liquor. Featured Cocktail: $18 - Pisco Sour (2 oz) - Pisco, simple syrup, lime juice, egg whites, bitters. *Best enjoyed traditionally to start the night as an aperatif. Have a beer with your ceviche!
