Sacred Earth Reset Walk

Sacred Earth Reset Walk is a gentle, guided nature experience for women 50+ who are ready to step away from the noise, slow down and reconnect with themselves. This isn't a fitness walk, and you don't need to be good at meditation. We'll walk at a comfortable pace, stopping along the way for simple guided resets, moments of quiet, reflection and connection with nature. During our hour together, I'll guide you through an experience designed to help you: • 🌿 ARRIVE — leave the outside world behind and set an intention • 🌿 GROUND — move out of your busy thoughts and into the present moment • 🌿 RELEASE — experience my Put Down the Backpack Reset and set down some of what you've been carrying • 🌿 RECONNECT — experience a quiet nature walk and reconnect with yourself • 🌿 RECEIVE — be guided through a Sacred Earth Reset • 🌿 RETURN — walk back feeling lighter and more present • 🌿 TAKE IT HOME — leave with a simple reset you can use whenever life starts feeling like too much My intention is that you leave thinking: “I arrived carrying everything. I’m leaving calmer, lighter, clearer and more connected to myself.” You don't have to fix anything before you come. You don't need to know anyone. And you don't need to arrive feeling peaceful.
