Every experience is intentionally different, yet each one is designed with the same purpose—to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and discover exactly what you need in that moment. Whether you come seeking stillness, inspiration, connection, or simply an evening to breathe, you'll be welcomed into a safe, heart-led space where you can show up exactly as you are. Sacred Unfolding welcomes all adults, all fitness levels, and every stage of life. No experience is necessary—only a willingness to be present and embrace whatever unfolds. There is no script. Arrival: We will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m., and the doors will be locked once the session begins. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to give yourself time to settle in.
