Sound Bath | A Nervous System Reset

This is an hour to finally let it soften. On the last Sunday of every month, Pure Yoga Studio holds space for exactly that. For one hour, your only job is to lie down and let go. No fixing, no planning, no holding it together. Just your body, fully supported, and sound moving through the room to guide you out of stress and into deep rest. This sound bath is created by The Mindful Mandala Wellness and hosted in the calm of Pure Yoga Studio. Using singing bowls and layered, resonant tones, the sound gently signals safety to your nervous system, shifting you out of fight or flight and into the rest and restore state where your body actually heals. This is a quiet, grounding space to release what you have been carrying and reconnect with yourself. What guests will experience: A warm welcome and a moment to settle in. A gentle breath practice to tell your body it is safe to relax. A continuous, immersive soundscape of singing bowls and healing tones while you rest fully supported on the floor.
