Sunday Slowdown: Stretch Class + Social Mixer for Women 18+

Move & Mingle is a fitness and social event designed for women to get active, make friends, and connect with other women in the community! The event begins with a 20-minute Stretch class led by Rachel (@flexibilitywithrachel). After class, we’ll transition into a casual social mixer with light refreshments and opportunities to relax and get to know each other.
