The Equinox Within: A Sacred Fall Experience

This is your invitation to step away from the noise, soften your body, and create space for whatever the new season is asking you to receive. No previous yoga experience is required. All are welcome. Your experience will include: • Warm apple cinnamon tea • Oracle reflection • Seasonal aromatherapy • Restorative yoga • Guided relaxation • Deep restorative rest Please bring a yoga mat, water, and anything else you may want for comfort, such as a blanket, pillow, or eye mask. Dress in warm, comfortable layers. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle into the space and get comfortable before the experience begins. To honour the sacred space and ensure an uninterrupted experience for everyone, doors will be locked promptly at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated, and refunds or credits will not be issued.
