The Well-Read Witches Book Club

Explore witchy texts with fellow magical book-lovers! Witches! Book-lovers! Have you been looking for a reason to spend more time reading books? Good news! Come join our new book club focusing on witchy reads. Discuss the attributes, lessons, and stories recorded in a range of titles related to witchcraft, Paganism, New Age, parapsychology, and other magical goodness. (For the time being, this club will focus on non-fiction books. If there's interest, we will either alternate between non-fiction witch books and witchy fiction books, or create a sister group that focuses on fiction.) For February our featured title will be: Witch in Darkness by Kelly-Ann Maddox This book is an exploration of using magic to support us during the worst of times. It covers embracing the imperfections of our own craft, modifying our practices to suit our limits when we're stretched to the point of exhaustion, and how to connect with and use our craft to survive and move through great darkness. The book is available in hardcover via Indigo and Amazon, and as an e-book on Kobo and Kindle, and an audio book on Audible. We will be bringing copies of the book into the store for purchase. Keep an eye on the Facebook Event for updates! So get your read on, and come join us ready to chat about magic! (We'll also have tea and snacks!)
