Winter Sauna Sessions: Ceremony

Join us for a signature Sauna by Circa. Our Ceremony session is a ritual for the senses. Some things are better experienced. Ceremony is is an atmospheric exploration of heat, scent, sound, and stillness. Fragrant infusions meet carefully paced steam and intentional music, creating a ritual that invites you to be fully present. This isn't your typical sauna visit. Over 35 minutes, our Circa Guide will take you through a carefully curated heat ritual designed to bring you out of your head and into the moment. Expect a more sensory, contemplative experience, where every element has a purpose and each round unfolds with intention. What to expect • 20 minutes of guided heat: Progressive löyly (steam), aromatic infusions, music, and intentional towel work that moves warm air throughout the sauna. • 5 minutes to reset: Step outside, cool down in the winter air, hydrate, and catch your breath. • 10 minutes to finish strong: Return to the heat for a final, immersive steam ritual.
