A workshop for Black girls and young women ages 15–20 exploring identity, mindset, healthy relationships, GBV, and purpose. We invite Black girls and young women ages 15–20 to join us for Becoming HER!, an inspiring and empowering workshop led by Kendra Slawter. With a wealth of experience, knowledge, and a passion for empowering the next generation, Kendra will create a supportive space for participants to connect, reflect, learn, and grow. Come ready to discover more about yourself, embrace your strengths, and explore the woman you are becoming. You are becoming HER. Come discover what that means for you! When: Saturday, October 24th, 2026 Time: 11AM-1PM Location: H.G. Bauld Centre (35 Wilfred Jackson Way, Westphal, NS) Food provided. Gifts for all participants.
