Autograph & Photo-Op pre-purchase for Hal-Con 2026! Autograph and Photo Ops sales launch at 7pm on October 8, 2026! A Hal-Con ticket valid for the day of the Photo Op/Autograph ticket you’re buying is required. An autograph or photograph ticket does not provide admittance to Hal-Con. Note that Hal-Con admission tickets are now sold out. If you do not have an admission ticket you will not be able to use any Autograph or Photo Op tickets.There are no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued. All sessions are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Each session has a finite number of slots. If you do not arrive during your scheduled session, there is no exchanging for a different time or day. All prices can be found listed in the Autograph & Photograph room or by visiting our website at https://hal-con.com/guest-list and clicking on the guest you are interested in. Table photos (selfies) or autograph & table photo (selfie) combos are at the guests discretion. These will be available for purchase online or with cash at the Customer Service Counters. Note that cash will NOT be accepted at the table for selfies. Some guests may require plexiglass dividers for photographs, or at their auto booths. Guests might also opt to wear masks. We may not know this until the the Guest arrives at the event. We cannot refund any purchases based on these policies. If you wish to know if a Guest is wearing a mask or using plexiglass, please ask on of our volunteers at the Customer Service Counter. Pricing is subject to change. Pre-purchase info Autograph and Photograph Presales will open for Warp Speed ticket holders on October 7, 2026 and for all other ticket holders on October 8, 2026. Eventbrite store purchases will generate a barcode. Before your session, the barcode ticket will be scanned at the front of each line. If you are unable to show a barcode at the front of the line, you will be asked to go to the Customer Service Counter to have your barcode printed. Please verify before entering the line that you are able to produce your QR generated barcode. Pre-purchased and online sales will make the lines move more quickly. We encourage everyone to buy online, either in advance or during the Convention. Note that the price during the convention for in-person credit/debit card sales will be the same as the online price. Autograph Sessions You must have a valid admission ticket to be able to use an autograph voucher. Purchase of an autograph or photograph voucher does not provide admission to the convention. All autograph sales are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Due to finite tickets available in each session, you must attend the session for which you have purchased the ticket. Hal-Con bears no responsibility to exchange or issue a refund if you miss your purchased session. Attendees can purchase a maximum of 3 autographs for the same actor at a time. After receiving those autographs, you can get back in line for 3 more autographs and repeat as often as you like. One autograph voucher = one signature. Attendees can bring in personal items for the guest to sign, but it is up to the guest whether or not they will choose to sign any given item. Some guests may charge a Premium for items other than preapproved printed photos. If you do not have a personal item to sign, or if the guest declines to sign your personal item, there will be a selection of printed photos to choose from in the A/P room, at no additional cost. Free printed photos are not available to those who get a personal item or picture signed. You are not allowed to take pictures on personal cameras/cell phones/Meta glasses or any other devices while in the A/P room (with the exception of pre-purchased selfies after they have been purchased and scanned). All purchases are final sale, refunds are only available in the event the guest cancels their appearance. You will be asked to leave the A/P area if you are taking photographs or recordings in the A/P room, with the exception of purchased selfies taken at the table once your ticket has been redeemed. Photo Op Sessions You must have a valid admission ticket to be able to use a photograph voucher. Purchase of a photograph voucher does not provide admission to the convention. All photograph sales are available while supplies last. They are non-refundable except in the event of a guest cancellation. Due to finite tickets available in each session, you must attend the session for which you have purchased the ticket. Hal-Con bears no responsibility to exchange or issue a refund if you miss your purchased session. You can purchase a maximum of 3 photographs for the same actor at a time. After receiving those photographs, you can get back in line for 3 more photographs and repeat as often as you like. One photograph voucher = one professional 8″x10″ print with a maximum of 4 attendees in one photograph. Note that poses and props in photographs are suject to the guest's discretion at all times. Attendees may purchase a digital download and/or extra prints at the Photographer's service area. Digital downloads will be available for an additional $10.00 (each) plus applicable taxes. Duplicate prints will be available for $20.00 (each) plus applicable taxes. Plastic sleeves will be available for $2.00 (each) cash only while supplies last. The photographer's goal is to have the digital photos available on the same day the photo was taken, but in the event of technological difficulties, it will be available no later than one week after the convention. You’ll receive an email at the email address you provide them as soon as the digital image is ready for you. You are not allowed to take pictures on personal cameras/cell phones/Meta glasses or any other devices while while in the A/P room. All purchases are final sale, refunds are only available in the event the guest cancels their appearance. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the photograph (blinking, framing, etc) please address your concerns with the photographer service representatives. If a reshoot is deemed appropriate, you will be moved to the front of the photograph line. Autograph & Photo Room Most actor autographs and photographs will take place in the autograph & photograph section on the Convention Level on the first floor. Author, comic, cosplay and some other guests will be located in the Ballroom on the Fifth Floor. Please see the convention schedule for further information. See map for more location details. Please plan to line-up no more than 10 minutes before the session is scheduled to begin. There is limited space in the room for line-ups. On occasion a session may be located elsewhere in the convention area. This will be identified in the description of the event. Please note the location of your session. Autograph & Photo Op hours - Note these are the hours the room is open, not all guests will be in the room at all times. The booths for purchasing Autographs and Photo-Ops will be open during these times. First Floor - Convention Level Fri: 12:00PM - 7:30PM Sat: 9:00AM - 7:00PM Sun: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Note that the booth may close earlier on Sunday when there are no more items available to purchase. While we make every effort to have the scheduled finalized before it is published, a guest may cancel or change the timing of a session based on factors outside of our control. Appropriate notice will be given on all Hal-Con social media pages and through our website. Other Signings Unless otherwise specified, there is no charge to have your favorite author, comic creator or cosplayer, sign a book or item but we do have a limit of 3 signatures at a time.
