The PYA relies on volunteers and fundraising to cover annual costs such as venue fees and gear rentals that allow them to put on events that are accessbile to the city's youth. To date, Inside the Scene has raised $3,400 for the PYA and we continue to aim higher. Fundraisers like this, Brownie Fest and CJFest have helped the PYA tremendously in funding their events. All proceeds from this show will be donated to the PYA to fund their 2027 shows, and all of the artists playing have graciously donated their art and their time to perform and raise awareness. A music scene remains strong if their youth scene is supported - many of the artists in this city began in all ages spaces like The Pavilion, and maintaining that accesibility is essential in growing our scene.
