Welcome to our recovery community for conversations, strategies, and support. Join us on Wednesdays from 7-8 pm (please arrive at 6:45 pm) for our drop-in Peer Support Group. We will be meeting in our cozy space at 2711 Agricola Street in Halifax.

This drop-in group is a casual space for people to come together and have conversations related to their experience with eating disorders. We share strategies, challenges, and encouragement within the group. Discussions are facilitated by our Peer Mentors, Catherine and Sarah, who have lived experience with eating disorder recovery and have completed our training. Any questions? Please ask!
