Premiere of Atlantic Canada 48 Hour Film Project

Join filmmakers for their 4-7 minutes films made in Atlantic Canada in only 48 hours, competing for $1000 prize, Filmapalooza and Cannes! *Limited seats On Sept. 4, 2026, about 150 filmmakers in Atlantic Canada hit the streets to make 4-7 minutes films in only 48 hours, for the 11th edition of Atlantic Canada 48 Hour Film Project, the only international filmmaking competition open to professional and amateur filmmakers in Nova Scotia, PEI, New Brunswick and Newfoundland and Labrador. After genre drawing at kickoff, teams had to use 3 elements in their films: a prop, a character and line of dialogue. It was a wild, sleepless weekend, full of adrenaline! Kudos to all 18 Atlantic Canadian teams to screen their films at Premiere! Best film wins $1000 from Tidekite, and competes at Filmapalooza in Curacao for Cannes!
