Restorative Yoga (In-Person Program)

Reconnect with your body and mind through this gentle, restorative yoga class! Thursdays at 7 p.m., Eating Disorders Nova Scotia will be hosting yoga classes. We invite you to explore reconnecting with your body and mind through this gentle, restorative yoga class. This eating-disorder-informed practice will offer an inclusive, gentle, and grounding space, prioritizing curiosity, body neutrality, and tools for stress management. This Yin style yoga class will incorporate breath work, mindfulness, and is open to all levels. Join us at 2711 Agricola Street in Halifax. This yoga class is currently being offered for free; donations are gratefully accepted. Please note that registration is required for this event. You must register for each individual yoga session that you hope to attend. Space is limited! Please cancel 24 hours in advance if you know you can no longer make it to create space for others to join.
