From Garden to Ital Table: Caribbean-Inspired Cooking Workshop

An interactive workshop that invites participants to transform fresh seasonal produce into simple, nourishing Caribbean-inspired dishes. Using produce commonly harvested from community gardens alongside accessible pantry ingredients, participants will learn how to prepare flavourful meals that celebrate both local harvests and global food traditions. This workshop encourages participants to see seasonal produce in new ways while building confidence in preparing healthy meals at home. In partnership with Earth Food Love and The City of Mississauga Environment Team. We cannot guarantee the kitchen space or prepared food is allergen-free.
